Salesforce and Alibaba Cloud announced the full availability of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform on Alibaba Cloud starting December 18, 2023.

  These features will include integration with major social media and messaging platforms in China to help businesses serve customers through their preferred channels.

1. Sales Cloud

A sales growth platform that enables sales teams to identify leads, manage customer relationships, track sales progress, and automate processes to help close deals faster and increase revenue.

2. Service Cloud

A customer service platform that transforms the way service teams delivers value at every customer touchpoint — from customer experience, engagement, process, automation, and service operating systems, pre-built integrated applications, ticket management, knowledge bases and queue management.

3. Salesforce Platform

A low-code application development platform that extends the scope and capabilities of CRM. Customers can build, test, and deploy applications to automate business processes and bring greater efficiency to any workflow, user, department, or industry.
