Sample — Logistics Tracking
It is to realize the whole tracking of samples in the logistics process, including outbound, transportation, warehousing and other links, so as to improve the visualization and management efficiency of logistics.
Sample Delivery
- Sample Preparation: Mark the sample as “ready for shipment” in the system and generate the relevant outbound sheet.
- Input Logistics Information: Input logistics information in the system, including carrier, transportation mode, estimated delivery time, etc.
- Outbound Confirmation: The logistics personnel will confirm the outbound operation in the system when the actual outbound.
Transportation Tracking
- Real-Time Location Tracking: Using the real-time location information provided by the logistics partner, the system is able to track the real-time location of the sample during transportation.
- Exception Handling: When an abnormal situation (such as delay, damage) is found, the system can issue an alarm in time and provide an exception handling process to solve the problem in time.
Sample Storage
- Logistics Information Update: When the sample arrives at the destination, the logistics personnel updates the relevant information in the system, including arrival time, signer, etc.
- Warehousing Confirmation: The warehousing operation is confirmed in the system by the warehouse personnel during the actual warehousing.
Data Statistics
- Outbound Transportation Statistics: Provide statistical reports of outbound and transportation data, including outbound quantity, transportation time, etc., to help the company understand the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
- Storage Confirmation Report: Generate storage confirmation report, count the storage quantity and time of samples, and provide real-time data for warehouse management.
