Spring 24 product release highlights

1. Copilot

Embed Einstein Copilot, a conversational AI assistant, in all Salesforce apps to help teams be more productive. Now companies can automate steps or tasks with out-of-box actions, or create custom actions that call Flows, Apex, or Mule Soft APIs.

2. Prompt Generator

Users can easily create, test, and refine prompt templates without writing code. In addition, it is possible to provide hints using dynamic CRM data, including merged fields and Flow, and invoke the hints' workflow on the Einstein 1 platform via Flow, Lightening Web Components, and Apex.

3. Service Cloud Einstein Search for Answers

Use generative AI to quickly display answers to agent and customer questions directly in the community portal or agent console.

Spring 24 includes several new features. These features will be fully rolled out on February 12, 2024.
